7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Seedance 2.0 Studio subscription plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@seedance2.media within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued through Creem, our payment processor, and will be returned to your original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately.
  • Any remaining credits will be removed from your account.
  • Your account will revert to a free account.
  • Generated videos that were already downloaded remain yours.

Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)

If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund:

  • Go to Billing settings to cancel.
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
