Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund, regardless of circumstances.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your account must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Fewer than 10 AI video generation tasks submitted since purchase
  • At least 80% of purchased credits remain unused
  • No violation of our Terms of Service
  • Request submitted within 7 days of the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@seedance2.media within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your order number
  • A detailed reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency.

Special Conditions

  • Annual subscriptions: A 4% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Partial refunds: Determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

After a Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed:

  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately.
  • All remaining credits will be removed from your account.
  • Your account will be terminated and associated data deleted.
  • Generated videos that were already downloaded remain yours.

Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)

If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund:

  • Contact support@seedance2.media or go to Billing settings to cancel.
  • Your credits remain accessible through the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled without affecting your current billing period.
